Sports Picnic 2012..

 I (megan) didn't get a whole lot of pix, but these are some of the better ones.

 Bethany took first place in the womens' Cherry Pit Spitting Contest. Titus Fairlamb took first in the kids group, Wade Reed took first in the Men's. (althought he failed to beat Dad's all time record of 58 feet, 8 inches.)

Baseball season

Last week was the last week of baseball for all the boys.  This is the little boys team, the T-Ville Yellowjackets.  They took second place in their tournament last weekend.  Dad got to coach them again this year.  They all had a lot of fun!

 This is a coach pitch league for 8 & 9 year olds, but James who just turned 6 got to play also.  Notice the size difference between him and the kid playing first. 

 This was John Davids last year for rec league.  He played on the Benzie team.  He did a great job again this year and had a lot of fun!  His games were always exciting to watch.

Manhunt For Shooter ends in our front yard...

 June 25th, approx. 3:00 p.m....first there was one chopper..

 ...then about 5 cop cars pulled up....with a swat team..and two german shepherds...and an ambulance...and a news crew....

 mom was on the phone with dad..the boys were pretty excited...

 ..then another chopper arrived..

 here we have a police officer and 2 men in camo, having some sort of discussion..

 and at the end, just a shot of the vehicles..

And an Officer. Somebody said his name was Barney:)
And Yes, I (Megan) did risk my life, literally, for these pictures.
